Services Provided
- In-Home Therapy: Licensed therapists provide individual and family therapy sessions in the home and community.

- Biopsychosocial (BPS) assessment: is a comprehensive clinical tool used in community mental health settings to evaluate a client’s biological, psychological, and social needs. For children and young adults, this assessment is often conducted in the community or the family home by licensed therapists who are part of the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC), which is administered by PerformCare.
