Jessica Coleman

CEO and Founder/Outpatient Counselor


Jessica is a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor and lifelong teacher and student in the field of psychotherapy. After graduating from Temple University, Jessica has worked in the helping profession her entire career. She dedicates herself to growing personally and professionally and using her interpersonal gifts to uplift others. Although Jessica specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, her approach to counseling is holistic and comes from a health and wellness perspective. Jessica understands that everyone has and will experience a level of challenge and trauma in one’s life and has overcome many of her own. This allows Jessica to be understanding, supportive and provide a service that comes from a place that far transcends professional skills.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been an advocate for the underserved and underrepresented. She has spearheaded policy changes and the delivery of human services to be more accessible and conducive to those who need them. Jessica is a strong communicator and leader. However, individuals who engage her for counseling believe her greatest skills lie in her ability to listen and provide unconditional positive regard and esteem. When Jessica is not supervising or counseling, she enjoys producing independent films and coaching her son’s youth basketball team.


Diana Siwek, LCSW

Counselor


Diana is a dedicated licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over ten years of professional experience. After completing her Masters degree at The Catholic University of America, she began her career helping reunite foster children with their biological families. It was there she realized her passion for helping individuals and families make meaningful changes and develop a greater insight can lead to a peaceful mind and more fulfilling relationships. As a therapist, Diana believes in building therapeutic relationships based on deep acceptance, warm regard, and collaboration towards personal empowerment. In her work with individuals and families, she uses an eclectic approach depending on what will be most effective. This may include CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), the trauma recovery model, and emotion-focused therapy. Diana specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She recognizes and respects the courage it takes to make that first step and seek help, and it will be a privilege to her to accompany you on your journey.


Helen Heilala-Cassell LCSW

Outpatient Counselor


Helen is a graduate of Monmouth University and a licensed therapist. She has been working with children and families for over ten years. Helen has experience working with all age groups and a range of challenges. Her specialties include helping individuals process trauma, manage feelings of depression and anxiety, and navigate significant life changing circumstances.   In addition, she has experience with eating disorders, anger, and self-mutilation. She is comfortable working with individuals, couples or families. Helen is passionate about helping others and guiding people through uncomfortable life situations with the goal of learning and utilizing calming techniques.


Samuel Lombardo, LCSW

Outpatient Counselor


Sam Lombardo possesses a Master’s of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and is well versed in the core competencies of Counseling and Psychotherapy.  He has extensive counseling experience working as a Mental Health Therapist.  He is working towards licensure via a Marriage and Family Therapy (LFMT) program.  He performs clinical assessments, case conceptualization, diagnoses, individual and family therapy, and individual treatment plans.  He has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Substance Use counseling.  Sam utilizes the core principles of Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic and a Family Systems approach.  He is eclectic and modifies his therapeutic approach to fit the needs of the client.  He is empathetic and phenomenological in his approach.  He strives for a strong therapeutic alliance from the first contact with the client utilizing unconditional positive regard. In addition to his mental health experience, Sam was a Police Detective Sergeant for 20 years.  He has extensive experience counseling individuals suffering from intense and sudden trauma which often leads to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  He has assisted many victims of sexual assaults and violent crimes throughout the years.  He has extensive counseling experience with family members who have suffered immeasurable loss through motor vehicle crashes, violent crimes, and suicides.
